All work is performed subject to a separate written estimate or contract between the Company and the customer.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are free and non-binding until a formal written agreement is signed by both parties. Prices may vary based on project scope, materials, site conditions, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen conditions (such as sub-base failure, drainage issues, or code requirements) arise after work begins, but we will communicate any changes before proceeding.
3. Scheduling & Completion
Project timelines are estimates only. Weather, material availability, permitting, and other factors outside our control may affect scheduling. We are not liable for delays caused by weather events, supplier shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs as permitted by South Carolina law.
5. Warranties
Warranty details, including duration and coverage, will be specified in your project agreement. General workmanship warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, third-party modifications, natural disasters, tree-root intrusion, or normal wear and tear. Sealcoating is a maintenance service and is not warranted against future cracking or surface wear.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or this Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
